I've spent the last five years building something most people said couldn't work: a for-profit community business, from scratch, in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

What started as Vegas Girl Events has grown into a full ecosystem, including Vegas Mom Events, Vegas Golden Girl Events, Travel Girl Events, and Digital Dolliez. Each one is built on the same belief: women don't need more content, they need real connection, real experiences, and people in their corner who actually show up.

Along the way I've negotiated venue partnerships, built sponsorship agreements from the ground up, run international group trips for dozens of women at a time, pitched brand deals to major partners, and figured out, through trial, error, and a lot of iteration, what actually makes a community-based business sustainable and profitable.

I've spoken on entrepreneurship and community building at events like Business of Her, and I've done the unglamorous work too: the contracts, the pricing models, the marketing calendars, the 2am "why isn't this converting" spirals. I know what it's like to build something from nothing, because I'm still doing it.

Now I help other small business owners and entrepreneurs do the same. Not with generic frameworks, but with the kind of hands-on, in-the-trenches guidance that comes from actually having built a brand people trust.
